“Council of the Cats”
Felix, an esteemed member of the Council of Cats, has watched over Rose for a number of years now. He grew fond of Rose after seeing how kindly she treated the neighborhood cats–even putting herself in the line of danger to protect cats from violent locals–and the two are always seen together. After seeing Rose’s devastation, Felix betrays his vows to save her life…but unwittingly unleashes a dangerous chain of events.
